Marketing Labs was approached by Connect Storage Systems, a leading provider of pallet racking, mezzanine floors, and warehouse automation solutions based in Dorset, to revamp their brand identity and website. Following an acquisition, the business sought to modernise its visual identity and refresh its online presence to better reflect its new ownership and direction.
The acquisition of Connect Storage Systems presented an opportunity to reinvigorate the brand, but it also came with its challenges. The existing brand identity and website looked outdated, which was hindering the business’s ability to effectively communicate its services and values to its target audience. The website, in particular, was cumbersome, with a cluttered user experience that made it difficult for visitors to find the information they needed.
Our solution was to streamline the user experience of the website, simplifying navigation and content organisation to make it easy for visitors to find what they’re looking for. We also refreshed the UI and overall design, incorporating a modern brand identity that reflected the business’s values and services. As part of the web design process, we rewrote all page content to improve the user experience and lay the foundations for future SEO growth. The result is a website that effectively communicates Connect Storage Systems’ expertise and services, providing a solid foundation for the business to grow and thrive in the competitive storage solutions market.
