Here at Marketing Labs, we’re passionate about helping small and deserving local charities. This is why we recently made a £1,000 donation to the brilliant charity The Rope Project.
Providing Support for Those in Need
The Rope Project is a Nottinghamshire-based charity that provides support for families, women and men who have fled domestic abuse or have been homeless and sleeping rough.
When people are rehoused they often have very few if any belongings and no household items that are basic necessities. To help make them more comfortable, ensure they can enjoy a hot meal and that they can live in a safe, clean home, the Rope Project collects donated household items and gifts them to families in need to help them settle into a new place.
Working across the Newark, Sherwood District, Mansfield District and Bassetlaw areas of Nottinghamshire, the Rope Project provides a range of basic household items, including:
- Cooking and kitchen equipment
- White goods
- Cleaning products
- Furniture
- Storage items
- Toys and baby items
- Soft furnishings
- Beds
Our Contribution to The Rope Project
To help support the amazing work the Rope Project does, we donated £1,000 to allow them to purchase new items for families in need. This has gone toward a range of household items that will help six families in our local area feel happy and safe in their new homes.
We’re amazed by the work that this incredible charity does and are so glad that we’ve been able to help them make a difference to families in need.
