The Challenge

The biggest issue faced by KBH Installations was that their website wasn’t converting. They had an older website that was fairly basic and wasn’t representative of their brand. It wasn’t mobile-optimised, had no clear calls to action and had no colour.

In total, the website only had a couple of pages that actually added value, which meant that other pages were convoluting the customer journey.

The Solution

We started off with a complete brand refresh to overhaul and modernise KBH’s visual identity. This encompassed digital design, as well as company stationery and promotional materials to ensure the brand was cohesive across all customer touchpoints.

The brand we created was modern and relevant to the industry. We replicated this through the professional and clean website we designed, which was simplified to improve the user journey. We kept the design to a smaller, six-page website so that every page offered value and the navigation was much simpler.

The website design also included a blog and an easy content management system so our client could update the content as required. We also produced a digital marketing plan to help them launch the new brand and attract new customers.
